At Figo, we're always striving to beat our best. We gather customer feedback, closely examine our user experience, and constantly evolve with the newest technology in the industry. I sat down with our tech team to get their thoughts on the most well-received product updates at Figo within the past year. Let's take a look at what's got them so excited.
Updated Insurance View on Apps
The Pet Cloud App has gotten a mini face-lift! You can expect to see several small changes that have improved the user experience overall. Our pet selection has been updated to show the most relevant policy to you, coverage balances are front and center so you can easily keep an eye on them, and policyholders can now easily update both their billing method and claim reimbursement method, right in the app. We added some quick action links for ease of use - now you can file a claim, text/call us, or view your policy docs with a single tap. Lastly, users can view their previous policies in a separate list. This removes some clutter from the app and eliminates the need to get rid of previously canceled policies for each pet.
Login Using One-Time Passcode (OTP)
In keeping with the newest tech available to us, Figo has implemented one-time passcodes. Policyholders may now request an OTP to be sent to their registered emails to log into their Pet Cloud app. Of course, password-based log in remains as well, but offering this new option increases security and helps to prevent breaches of access by unsavory individuals.
Get a Quote and Purchase from Pet Cloud
Some users may already have the Pet Cloud app, but do not have an active Figo policy. Maybe their previous pet was enrolled, or they canceled their policy a while ago but are now reconsidering insurance. Whatever the reason, app users are now able to get a quote right from the Pet Cloud and even make a purchase. They can then log in using credentials provided to them after purchase. We're all about a seamless and simple experience.
