Figo Pet Insurance $25 Digital Costco Shop Card Promotion

Costco members with an active Costco membership who purchase a new Figo Pet Insurance policy during the promotional period through the Figo/Costco co-branded website are eligible to receive a $25 digital Costco Shop Card reward. Costco Shop Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Visit Costco.com for complete terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

• Limit: One reward per household.

• Eligibility: This promotion is available to residents of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

  • To qualify, the new Figo Pet Insurance policy must remain active for at least thirty-two (32) consecutive days after the applicable, purchased policy’s effective date.

• Excluded States: This promotion is not available to residents of AK, IL, PA, RI, TX, or VA.

• Reward Fulfillment: Costco will send the digital Shop Card via email within 4-6 weeks after the effective date of the Figo Pet Insurance policy.

• Digital-Only Promotion: No physical Shop Cards will be awarded.

• This promotion is currently scheduled for the following time periods in 2026:

  • 1/1/2026 through 3/31/2026

  • 7/1/2026 through 9/30/2026

• If these dates change, these Terms & Conditions will be amended accordingly.

• Figo Pet Insurance is not responsible for delays in delivery due to outdated or incorrect contact information.

Additional Terms:

• Renewals of existing Figo Pet Insurance policies do not qualify for this promotion.

• The digital Costco Shop Card cannot be combined with any other gift card promotion for policy purchases from Figo Pet Insurance.

• This offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

• Void where prohibited by law.
