Pet insurance vs. wellness plan

If your dog or cat is exhibiting one or more of these symptoms, you should take him or her to your regular veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment. Of course, if your pet appears to be in distress or has a serious injury, a trip to an emergency vet for immediate care may be necessary.
