When we think of pet care, technology may not be the first thing that comes to mind. However, in today’s rapidly evolving electronic world, tech is playing an increasingly significant role in the way we interact with our furry friends.Â
Here are some of the many innovative products for on-the-go pet owners:
Feeding
LeBistro® automatic cat food dispenser. Ideal for the busy cat owner, LeBistro® lets you pre-program the device to dispense as many as three different sized meals in a 24-hour period. Serving sizes are adjustable—from a quarter cup to two cups—and the food reservoir holds up to 5 pounds of kibble. The device is battery operated and is great for cats or small dogs.

Solid wastes are scooped and liquefied, while liquid wastes are filtered through the litter. The litter-washing system hooks right into your cold-water line and drains into your toilet or waste-water line.

Figo Pet Cloud. The Figo Pet Cloud allows you to keep the whole life of their pet in one place. You can upload and store your pet’s health records, set reminders for upcoming shots and vet appointments, and submit claims with the snap of a photo. It also helps you find local pet-friendly businesses, track your pet’s GPS locator, and post a social pet profile. The Figo Pet Cloud is only available to Figo customers, but it will be available for free to everyone sometime in 2017. It is available on iOS and Android.
