Renewing your Figo plan but unsatisfied with your monthly payments (aka your premium)? While we are not able to reduce your renewal rate upon request, there are a few ways to decrease your monthly payment by adjusting your coverage. If you're in your renewal period, you can now make changes to your plan directly through your Pet Cloud! Consider the options below:
1. Remove Powerups. Our Powerups allow you to further customize coverage based on your budget. (Example: Removing Exam Fee coverage may decrease your monthly payments.)
2. Customize your reimbursement rate and/or deductible. Adjust these options to make your monthly payment more affordable without sacrificing coverage. (Example: You may be able to save money by choosing a higher deductible.)
3. Choose a different plan. Depending on your current plan, you may be able to move to a less expensive option by lowering your annual coverage amount. (Example: from $10k to $5k)
