What is not covered?
For the most part, our plans do not cover pre-existing medical conditions. However, there is one exception. Figo may cover a pre-existing condition if it is deemed curable and your pet has not had related signs or symptoms during the past 12 months.
Need more clarity? Let's use an example. Your pet had an ear infection and then did not have any signs or symptoms for the year following. If your pet gets a new ear infection more than a year later, Figo may cover the related medical costs.
